Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email returns@cynicallondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a returns authorisation and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, subject to availability.

Sale and final sale items

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
