Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached.

How to return

1. Email returns@cynicallondon.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a returns label and instructions.
3. Drop your parcel at any post office and keep the receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non refundable unless the item is faulty.

For a different size or colour, return your item and place a new order, this is the fastest way to secure what you want before it sells out.
